Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new (eligible), unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition you received them (unless faulty). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing parts.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us: Email us at john@rcflyworld.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive return instructions: We'll provide you with a return authorization number/label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to ship your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Ship your return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Free returns for specific situations (e.g., faulty items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment typically within 7-10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at john@rcflyworld.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at john@rcflyworld.com so that if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs if eligible after evaluation.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at john@rcflyworld.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you may return it according to our standard return policy.
