Returns Information

Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange (processing refunds takes 1-2 days.) We accept refund requests for goods purchased from our site for the following reasons:

  • The received item does not match the description.
  • The received item is the wrong size.
  • Change of mind (subject to a 10% restocking fee).

Refunds are not applicable for the following items:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage.
  • Opened items without original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unsealed batteries and opened box electronics
  • Sealed goods subject to the manufacturer's warranty (we will assist you in obtaining the warranty service)
  • Custom orders

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you are requesting a refund from us.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your online store account (make sure to make an account if you don't have one already) within 5-7 days days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be credited. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the exchange.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
